You will be paired with an SWC swim instructor. Have a meet and greet, see how you
or your child can swim in the water. For the first initial lesson the meet and greet will be
around 15 – 20 min observation. “Then we start swimming and having fun”!.

Baby Classes

Starting early? Great thinking !!!This class is for babies that are getting introduced to the water, Parent will be in the water with instructor, This will introduce front and back, head in the water, soothing water songs, parent and child bonding time. The baby is comforted by the parent and will be calmer and at ease for upcoming future water experiences.

Introduction

Swim Tools are used for the duration of class to have kids perform better, bubbles, kicks, scooping, wall safety, pool safety, games, also adding in colors and numbers to add into training, Back float introduction and much more.

Beginner

Back and Forth swimming using arms and legs on swim devices, kicks, arms, breathing, games, back float and much more. Should be working on getting off of flotation device to be able to swim by themselves.

Average

Is being capable of swimming without any flotation device, Straight legs, working on long duration of swimming without stopping, games, balance and much more. Kickboard will be added into classes for performance.

Advanced

Endurance, technique, breathing, kick board leg kicks, Freestyle, Backstroke, Breast Stroke, Butterfly, also treading water.

Competition

Getting ready for a meet will work on critiquing, timing, and progression of swim style to get you prepared.

Adult Classes

We know how stressful it can be to not swim, watching your friends go on boats or swim in the pool can be a scary feeling we will help you get comfortable in the water then work on floating, breathing, swim techniques, and much more we take are time and work step by step adults can be more afraid than kids sometimes but with the proper training and support we will get you successfully swimming across the pool with no more fear.
